Questo corso tratta le gestione di reti dati e di telecomunicazioni. Il corso comprende una parte teorica ed una pratica. La parte teorica illustra i seguenti argomenti:

• Principali standard e protocolli (CMIP, GDMO, TMN, SNMP) per la gestione di rete
• Differenti paradigmi per la gestione di rete: descrizione e confronto.

La parte pratica invece oltre che a far vedere nella realtà alcuni concetti speigati durante il corso, presenta di volta in volta i nuovi paradigmi di gestione e gli ultimi risultati della ricerca nel campo della gestione di rete.

Conoscenza di base delle reti, TCP/IP. I seguenti corsi, sebbene non necessari, sono propedeutici:
